The Ombudsman is responsible for communication between the company and the users of our services, whether they are employees, customers, partners and suppliers, in order to improve actions within the company.
Our objective is to solve the manifestations (complaints, denouncements, suggestions, doubts and compliments), verifying the origin and veracity, in order to achieve the continuous improvement of our services.
