The AE-VTSS anti-vibration carbide cutter is compatible with sliding head lathes and excels in a wide range of work materials from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel to titanium alloy. The AE-VTSS is ideally designed to suit sliding head CNC lathes, featuring short overall length and short cutting length. With excellent workmanship, machining of precision parts is also possible. The AE-VTSS's 3-cut geometry and edge shape contribute to creating a stable chip, facilitating chip evacuation and enabling uninterrupted machining and automation. Furthermore, through the unequal spacing of the cuts and the variable helix geometry, multifunctional and highly efficient machining is possible.
