Carbide Anti-Vibration Stub Cutter

The AE-VM Line of anti-vibration carbide cutters are ideal for a wide range of materials, from carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel to titanium alloys and Ni-based alloys. The stub AE-VMSS features a unique flute geometry that ensures tool rigidity and easy chip ejection. Available from φ1 with short flute length and 4 flute specification, enabling efficient milling. In addition, to meet a wide variety of applications, the Line has a right angle at the tip for milling in 90º corners.

The AE-VM Anti-Vibration Carbide Milling Range is also available for deep tangential milling (AE-VMFE).
