Anti-vibration Carbide Cutter
The AE-VM Anti-Vibration Carbide Cutter Line is ideal for a wide range of materials, from carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel to titanium alloys and Ni-based alloys. The short type AE-VMS cutter provides stable machining with a unique flute shape that allows for high tool rigidity and excellent chip ejection, as well as preventing burrs. The AE-VMS cutter has a wide range of radius sizes, ideal for various applications and industries such as automotive and aerospace. In addition, to meet a wide variety of applications, the Line has a right angle at the tip for milling in 90º corners.
The AE-VM Anti-Vibration Carbide Milling Range is also available for deep tangential milling (AE-VMFE).
