Long Anti-Vibration Carbide Cutter
The AE-VM Anti-Vibration Carbide Cutter Line is ideal for a wide range of materials, from carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel to titanium alloys and Ni-based alloys. Models with large diameters of 16 and 20 mm were added to the AE-VML line. The large core thickness and core taper geometry improve tool rigidity and allow for highly efficient tangential milling.
The AE-VM Anti-Vibration Carbide Milling Range is also available for deep tangential milling (AE-VMFE).

2 Positive cutting edge geometry reduces cutting resistance
3 The core taper geometry, where the core thickness changes from the cutting edge to the shank, greatly improves the tool rigidity, thus preventing the machining surface from bow down
4 The variable propellers, the uneven spacing of the cuts and micro-relief geometry allow a great anti-vibration effect 
• AE-VML Chipbreaker (-N) setting: Creates small, compact chips to allow uninterrupted machining operation.
