Machine tap in sintered steel with AlTiN coating
Tap machine with high-performance multilayer AlTiN coating (Primus Coating) for
short chipping materials. Manufactured in sintered steel (PM) and also with the options of reduced chamfer and hole
cooling, the line of GG-HP taps can be applied in blind and through holes.
1 AlTiN coating (Primus Coating) allows work in severe conditions ensuring high wear resistance.
2 Synchronized tap. It can reach up to 60m/min.
3 Available with and without coolant hole.
4 Cutting geometry allows machining of materials with hardness up to 45HRC.
